Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter (born 4 September 1981), often called Beyoncé (English bijɒnseɪ) is an American R & B singer

To date, she has sold over 110 million records worldwide , making it one of the artists who sold the most records of 20,002 years.


 In 2003, during the break of Destiny's Child, Knowles released her debut solo album Dangerously in Love, which contains the popular singles Crazy in Love, Baby Boy and Naughty Girl. The disc became one of the bestselling albums of the year and also gets the record five Grammy Awards3 4. After the group disbanded in 2005, Knowles released her second studio album, B'Day, in 2006. It debuted at number one in the Billboard charts and included the hits Déjà Vu, Irreplaceable and Beautiful Liar. Her third solo album I Am .. Sasha Fierce, released in November 2008, includes the anthem Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It). The album and its singles earning six Grammy Awards, breaking the record for most Grammy Awards won by a female artist in a single ceremony.

Beyoncé won many awards. It is one of the most honored artists by the Grammy Awards with 45 nominations is the most nominated female artist on par with Dolly Parton and third féminines8 of artists, with a total of seventeen récompenses9 thirteen as solo artist and three as a member of Destiny's Child. In 2007, she became the first female artist to win the prize of the international artist at the American Music Awards. It is ranked as the fourth artist of the 2000s by Billboard and 11 December 2009, Billboard magazine Beyoncé class as female artist with the greatest success in the decade 2000-09 and as the artist most broadcast radio at the same décennie. In February 2010, the RIAA ranks as the most certified artist of the decade.

Beyoncé Knowles began her acting career in 2001 , appearing in the musical film Carmen : A Hip Hopera . In 2006, she played the lead role in the film adapted from the Broadway musical dating from 1981 , Dreamgirls , for which she received two Golden Globe nominations . Beyoncé and her mother Tina launched their line of family , House of Deréon fashion, in 2004, and is advertising for brands such as Pepsi , Tommy Hilfiger, Giorgio Armani and L'Oréal. In 2010, Forbes magazine Beyoncé class to second place in its list of the 100 most powerful and influential celebrities in the world.  and is also known as the most powerful and influential figure in music in the world. Periodic Time to also include in its list of " 100 Most Influential People in the World" . Forbes magazine the 17th class in the list of the most powerful women in the world in 2013 and the fourth in the list of the world's most powerful celebrities in 2013 , making it the second most powerful singer in the world , behind Lady Gaga and just before madonna. 

Beyoncé sings, January 21, 2013, the national anthem at the second inauguration of U.S. President Barack Obama. On 3 February, she sang at the halftime of Super Bowl XLVII which became the second half for the most all time with 104 million viewers.
